Summary:

This initiative aimed to improve the country’s local governance index through digital transformation, transparency, and multi-sector collaboration.
Innovative Strategic Hub designed and oversaw the development of a Governance Knowledge Management Platform, enabling coordination among government institutions, CSOs, UN agencies, and the private sector.

Key Contributions:

  • Conducted stakeholder consultations and data gap analyses.

  • Designed the system architecture (backend, logical, and security frameworks).

  • Supervised data science teams in UML design, testing, and prototyping.

  • Delivered ten national training workshops across partner institutions.

  • Produced three risk mitigation strategy reports.

  • Developed and applied MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Learning) frameworks.

Impact:

  • 82.3% success rate achieved within 5 months.

  • 40+ institutions integrated into a unified governance platform.

  • Improved transparency, accountability, and collaboration for 12 million citizens.

Summary:

A post-conflict livelihoods recovery programme supporting displaced families returning to their communities after War occupation.
The initiative focused on economic reintegration, behavioural change, and enterprise enablement through vocational training, startup support, and ongoing mentorship.

Key Components:

  • ADKAR Behavioural Model: Built awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement for sustainable change.

  • Capacity Building: Over 30 hours of structured business training with 100% completion rate and 51% female participation.

  • Startup Enablement: Distributed 1,000 customised business startup kits with branding and digital visibility support.

  • MEAL Integration: Implemented a real-time data system for performance tracking and adaptive learning.

Achievements:

  • 95% of businesses operational three months post-launch.

  • 68% generating sustainable income.

  • $280 average monthly income (up from $172).

  • 60% female business ownership.
